FCT offers a bridge between
traditional outdoor fitness classes and personal training at a fraction of the cost. FCT are limited to 4 people, thus ensuring that
the quality of our circuit classes is second to none.
This enables us to work with clients on a
much deeper level,considering individual needs and abilities and thus
achieving remarkable results in improving muscle
function, alignment and movement. Further benefits of this type of training are:

large selection of equipment to create a challenging environment to
enhance core activation.
Equipment used varies from class to class but generally includes:

- TRX suspension systems
- Medicine Balls
- Kettle Bells
- Boso Ball
- Balance boards
- Hedge Hogs
- Wobble boards
- Elastic Tubing
- Foam Rollers
- Bender Balls
- Free Weights
Although the class does not have a
specific cardio vascular component such as running drills, jumps or
steps, but as all the exercises involve the utilization of multiple
muscle groups as well as present an on-going challenge to the core,
caloric expenditure is much higher than a regular gym work out. (For
