Mohamed (or shortly Mo) heads our Fit2Play Boot Camps, BoxFit and Personal Training in West and North West London.
He is a highly motivated, focused and detail orientated instructor with a great eagerness to expand on his knowledge which he very effectively passes on to clients.

His classes  as well as private sessions are very popular and his dedication and attention to detail ensure a positive experience for each member regardless of their fitness levels. Being an athlete himself, constantly on the look out for a new challenge, a new race, he has an ability to inspire those around him to see past perceived limitations combined with the skill to guide anyone safely and effectively towards new goals.

Mo is also a REPs level 3 qualified Personal Trainer.

Philosophy:

My dad died from a heart attack in his 30ies. I had not been too concerned about my health as I had always been "fit enough", but then as I got older and spend more time sitting (at a desk, in the car or on the couch!) I found that my metabolism was slowing down and then when I was 26, I realised that I was heading down the same path as my father, getting a bit overweight, being inactive and not listening to my bodies screams for attention!
So I started to make some changes, going for short runs and putting together a fitness plan. Amazed at the results those simple changes brought about, I was inspired to find out how much more I could accomplish.
Now, just a few years later, I am about to run the London Marathon.

In discovering fitness for my self, I also discovered a new career which allows me to help others in their quest for a healthier way of life.

Just remember: "I can. I will."

Gena Davidson

Gena is the newest edition to Free Form Fitness and she heads the Yoga classes and courses as well as private session all around London.

Gena began practicing dance when she was 8 and enjoyed the freedom and the discipline of ballet. After high school she started practicing yoga because she found the same principles as she did in dance.

Gena has been practicing yoga for more then 12 years now and after have tried to practice as many different styles as possible, has found that Vinyasa flow was what suited her most, finding in it the perfect balance of being a challenging yet calming workout.  She finally made the decision to leave her office job after finding that being stationary for such long periods of time made her feel tired, stressed  and unhappy. She wanted to improve her life both physically and mentally while helping others at the same time. So she went off to Brazil for a few months to do her yoga teacher training in some of the most wonderful settings.

Her love for yoga and her honest caring intentions towards students permeates her classes and if the feel of grass and the open air are not enough to make your day great, her energy and enthusiasm will.

Philosophy

As personal trainers, our clients entrust us with the most valuable of assets: their body and their health. And it is our responsibility to validate the trust placed in us. With all the information and misinformation available to almost everybody today, it is up to us to be as informed as we possible can be, to be able to guide our clients through the various fads and trends and assist them as best as we can to establish realistic goals and challenges that will meet their specific needs as individuals and not hand out cookie-cutter style programmes.

I have a holistic approach to fitness, taking into consideration all aspects of a client's lifestyle to ensure the programme choices are suitable. By implementing diet and nutrition as well as a complex exercise regime ranging form core stability and balance training to develop functional strength and power throughout the entire kinetic chain to more high energy drills and endurance training, results are not limited to one single goal but make themselves apparent in many different forms. Experience has taught me that clients who are presented with constant challenges and an ever-evolving fitness programme will be much more likely to stick to it and I do my best to keep the programmes as interesting as possible by bringing a great variety of exercises into the session. The passion and enthusiasm I have for fitness seems to rub off on my clients which always helps in establishing long-lasting working relationships, as the original goals are being achieved and replaced by new ones, with endless possibilities of improvement..

After all, the way is the goal.
