Boot Camp for Haiti: Get Fit and Make a Diffferance!
As we can no longer sit idle by as the situation in Haiti grows worse and worse, we have decided to put together a fundraiser boot camp this Saturday in Highbury Fields.
It will be at the normal time of 9am but all the money from it will go to relief efforts in Haiti. For this reason, neither free session voucher nor pre-paid session cards will be valid on the day.
We will ask everyone to pay at least the regular £6 but of course you are welcome to give as much as you would like.
Free Form Fitness will ad an other 15% of any money raised (on top of the session) so the more you give the more we will ad!
ALL THE MONEY WILL GO FOR HAITI!
We greatly appreciate all your support in this! Lets go make a difference! Even if your are unable to attend, please help us spread the word.
For this class, the usual cut off of 20 people maximum is suspended and we go for the more the merrier. Don't worry if you do not think you are fit enough, it is simply about the collective energy and support for a nation in such desperate despair.
PLEASE INVITE AS MANY AS POSSIBLE EVEN IF YOU CAN NOT MAKE IT!
It would of course be great if everyone where to book in so we have some idea as to how many to expect but as we do not have a limit this time as to how many people can take part, you can show with as many friends as you can drum up, even last minute.

Mind and Body Weekend
Leave the gym behind and come join us Saturday the 26of September for a day of health and fitness in the beautiful open air settings of London's parks.
On the day you will have a chance to explore the workings of your body, find out how to chose the right exercises and nutrients for your body type in order to increase your energy levels, alleviate back and jointproblems as well as kick start your metabolism again, while at the same time taking in sights of London.
So, if you feel adventurous and ready to explore the city, your body and your mind, thisis your day.
What will happen on the day:
The day will be broken down into various segments, all timed and designedto fit the time of day , the demands made on your body and the settings we are in and although mostly focused on yoga, it will include:
Vinyasaflow yoga
Dynamic core and strength,
Running (with an option to speed walk or cycle for
those who would prefer to do so),
Adventure boot camp in the afternoon
Meditation if you chose to participate.
In between exercise sessions, we will be having open circle discussions,including a question and answer section to cover relevant issues that are effecting our health today. Guided self analysis of lifestyle and eating habits in orderto help find out what changes could be beneficial to you. Assistance in putting an achievable action plan together to help get you back on track towards reaching your goals.
To give your body the fuel it needs to stay energized through out the day, we will be having picnics of all organic, high energy foods rich in nutrients.
During longer breaks you will also have the option to explore variousgalleries and historical sites, be a tourist in your own city, and if that is not for you, you can book in for either assisted stretching sessions or shiatsu massage
(not include in the package and available in 10 min intervals).
The day will start off in Hampstead, will take us to Greenwich and close with a candle lit yoga session in
Westminster with a beautifully lit Big Ben in the background.
