One-on-One Personal Training:
Have the full luxury of the undivided attention of your personal trainer with assisted stretching to conclude the session.
This is the most affective way of
training as the session can be
completely designed to you and your
needs.
Our trainers have a wide variety of experience to draw from, ensuring sessions will remain effective, goal oriented and never boring.
Included are:
- Fitness consultation
- Body composition testing
- Monthly Progress Consultation*
- On line support
- Nutritional Program Consultation*
Payments can be made in cash or cheque at the start of session or using paypal at
the check out.
We offer discounts on multi session packages. Sessions need to be used within 6 months, are none-transferable and none-refundable.
We do have a 24 hour cancellation policy (used discretionary)
Partner-Fit:
In
order to make the benefits of personal training more affordable we
offer the option of sharing
sessions between 2 to 4 people. This way you will
still receive much more personal attention than at
group classes and the session will be tailored to
your needs, but at a much more affordable rate
than one on one session. You will also have
the added
bonus of each others support and
motivation.
How it works:
Prior to starting the combined sessions, each
person is required to complete the following:
Individual Fitness Consultation
Postural and Movement screen
Health and Lifestyle screen
Joint Fitness Consutation
Based
on those, we will sit down all together and plan the training sessions
based on
mutual goals, taking individual needs into account. Session
should ideally be the same
time each week as that will guaranty
availability but can be flexible, it will however be
up to the sharing
parties to arrange for a time suitable for all.
